Power walk (walk quickly) for 30 minutes a day at least three times a week. You need to do abdominal exercises to isolate the muscles in your abdomen with modified crunches. Make sure your neck is supported and look up at the ceiling Lift with your small of your back firmly into the floor and breathe out on the way up. Do reps and don't forget the obliques, (love handles) cross over the abdomen from right arm behind the head towards your left and then reverse it. Do this everyday for about 15 minutes. I take a 10 lb. weight (or you can use a smaller one) hold in in both hands over your head and then bring it down your back. Try this about 10 times in a rep. You should feel it pull on your abdomen. You may want to go to a 5 lb. weight due to just having a baby. Always warm up your muscles first by stretching to warm up your muscles to avoid strain and injury. I have an abs tape that incorporates all your ab muscles exercise in 30 minutes a day. I haven't tried the Ab lounger but that is one piece of equipment for abs ...........the large ball is another, but is hard to balance. Also eat smaller potions and watch your weight too. Abs on women after pregnancy are the hardest to get rid of but usually not impressive. Salsa dancing is great too and fun! Drink plenty of water.Good luck!

You did not say whether or not you're male or feminine. If you're male, this can be less difficult so that you can lose 10 lbs in 10 days (seeing that guys do not keep additional water weight like ladies do). one million) First, get lively so your metabolism raises and also you burn energy at a quicker price. Your frame is an engine, and meals is the gasoline that runs that engine. Walk across the vicinity for an hour, use a treadmill on the gymnasium, do leaping jacks, move dancing - -some thing to pace your metabolism up everyday. two) Eat smaller 'smart' foods. If you commonly have a sandwich for lunch, have best one million/two a sandwich. Look to your self -- you KNOW what 'smart' is. IE: smart = bird, no longer smart = vanilla shake. three) Eat a bit anything each and every three or four hours - so you do not overeat whilst you do devour. four) Don't devour till you are FULL. If you devour anything small and wait 20 mins, you can detect that that small component used to be honestly ENOUGH for you. It can take that lengthy on your belly to meet up with your mind. five) Drink tons of water. This actions pollutants and weight loss byproducts from your approach. (ie: purchase four-6 bottles of water and decide to consuming all of them by way of the top of the day). 6) Don't devour after 7pm at night time -- best water after that point. Good success to you!!!

im doing that 10lb losin thing during the winter break but the quick way isnt really loosin ur fat, its just ur water mass so dont do what im doing.
ANYWAY, i kno about dis. first u gotta be patient. U should be able to think optimisticly like "at least i didnt gain weight" when ur weight isnt going down.
Now about the ways to do the actual thing. Watch what your eating. Avoid bread, rice, that kinda thing or eat them less. Instead try things like tofu. I kno it might sound sorta sick, but it actually works. DONT eat sweats and soda and fast food. Not good 4 ur health anyway.
Excersize regularly. Jumprope n running r best for loosing weight. You got to increase the speed and amount and time gradually, thou.
Set your goal as 2 lbs per 2 weeks or something. Make small goals per week or every other week and then fill up the 10 lbs. Hope u get wat u want

It'll be tough to lose the post pregnancy belly but you can shrink it. Walk briskly for at least 30 minutes a day. If you dont have 30 minutes then walk briskly twice for 15 minutes. Eat low fat/low calorie meals. Instead of eating the typical 3 meals eat 5 small meals instead. Take a multi-vitamin as nutrition speeds up your metabolism. Drink lots of water or no calorie drinks.

Drink lots of water, I know, I hate water too, but you have to suck it up hun and do it. Second, excercise after having a baby can be a bit tricky. It depends on how long ago you had your bundle of joy.
However, I would defintily suggest getting back in shape while your little darlin is still too young to crawl in front of you when your trying to do jumping jacks.lol.
I would suggest walking. Pack that sweetie in a stroller and have at it, and if it is too cold where you live, get a treadmill or find a local supermarket you can walk laps around, Wal-Mart is great for that...lol.
Take care and good luck

Hi there. Besides regular workouts, try these:
1. Work harder. Dwell into something so much so that you don't feel the urge to eat unless you're really hungry.
2. Walk around your neighborhood, cycle, walk, run, anything but automobile.
3. Eat a healthy but wholesome meal.
Good luck. Merry Christmas. Congrats for being a mother as well.

do not consume any processed foods, do not use any cooking oil , no sugars, no artificial sweetener(leads to water retention), and drink as close as you can get to a gallon of water per day. Exercise one to 2 times a day, you can have the weight off in a week and a half to two weeks.
after that just work out 4 times a week and limit the fats and processed food in your diet and continue to consume atleast 10 glasses of water eachday or a cup of water for every hour you're awake.

Do you want the BEST way, or the fastest way? The best way, as any health professional will tell you, is low-calorie diet and daily exercise. The FASTEST way is liposuction. I recommend the Weight Watchers diet. They helped my wife lose 20 lbs of pregnancy weight in about 3 weeks.
