You can make your own cling sheets. You just need to buy the material at your local office supply store and print them up using your own printer.

These are made to cling to glass, but they will also cling to walls painted with semi-gloss paints that don't have much texture to them. Before you buy a carton of these pages (used to cost about $15.00) buy a cling decal at a store and see how it sticks to your wall.

There are also websites that will make larger ones with your artwork, as well as places that will turn your photos, pics, etc., into wallpaper and borders.

Good luck! The only drawback to making your own clings is the fact that they will eventually fade in strong sunlight. I live in Colorado, where this is a problem. If you live in the UK, it won't be as big an issue.

You don't need special paper. You only need a picture and a projector which you can rent to project it to the wall. Then you draw it on the wall from the projected picture and paint accordingly. It's that easy. The tough part is how good you are at painting it on the wall. If you aren't good at it, then you have to hire someone to do it.
