Like if I went somewhere, and don't have my solution with me, can I just store them in urine, since its sterile and even used to clean wounds. I know its a better option than water or saliva.

Sure. Just don't put them back in your eyes.

And water is an excellent option. Boil water, fill case and let cool. Add lenses to cooled water. Do not insert lenses the next morning, take them home and disinfect with your regular solution before wearing again.

What do you mean, It's sterile. Urine, the same as your bowel movement is WASTE from your body. Definately not sterile. Soak them in water, which is clean. Spit and urine isn't.

No you can't.

Bring a contact lens case filled with solution with you everywhere you go.

The only solution that can touch your contacts is sterile saline or a contact lens specific solution.

Urine actually is sterile but it also has a lot of ammonia and that does burn your eyes.
