Face it! Next time around you prepare yourself to watch it,"let me see what it is and what it wants, let me wait this time and talk to it"
Ghosts do not exist, even if it is, as some researchers suggest, the findings have clearly shown that 99.9% of them are totally harmless and they can not "do" anything as they do not have body and some even are so friendly that they have come to help us or get themselves relieved by telling; that is why please try talking to them .

Everyone can get get a bit spooked out by something. What do you do before you go to bed. If you are watching creepy ghost movies, then obviously, that needs to stop. Try reading a book (not a scary one) before you go to bed. You may even want to try using a night light. Remember, there is nothing wrong with being scared of ghosts. Everyone is scared of something, your fear just happens to be of ghosts.

nicely, i don't have faith in Ghosts. i think in God. There are angels and demons. So this is conceivable you have an angel gazing over you, or you have demons around you attempting to scare you and pull you down. in case you have faith that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior and settle for Him into your existence by way of prayer, then the devil won't be able to touch you, yet in case you have not have been given a courting with the Lord, than this is open season on you and additionally you have not have been given any secure practices.

Just cause you're paranoid......... Light a white candle--the kind that comes in a jar. Let it burn through the night. (Be extremely cautious with this. keep away from cutains, flammables, etc...) Look into nightlights and lithopanes too. They come in really cool designs these days. Don't feel bad. I use candles and a crystal jaguar night light. I used to wake up terrified too, but I let it go for months, until I started waking up screaming--not fun for the house mates. Good Luck.

there are certain levels of energy in certain things in your house. i watch ghost hunters and they say when you feel like your being watched or get light headed or anything even more severe they say it's from energy in whatever could be causing it. they go around with EMF detectors and they go to circuit breakers and such..like for example this women always went down to her basement and did laundry and she always felt like she was being watched..but they put the emf detectors around the area and found high numbers and that was the reason...and it could be in your mind. don't worry im the same and im even older lol...it's normal for the most part..you will shake the feeling eventually. good luck!

We had some strange incidents in our house with ghosts too. My mom told me what to do, it worked for me, maybe it will work for you. When you're in bed and you get that feeling, just say, "I know you are there, and I'm very sorry you can't be alive anymore, but please do not do anything to scare me because I get really really scared!!!". At least try it once... you might feel a little better.

Dear Brother Sachin, islam says that after death the soul is treated according to its deeds. The sufferings of bad souls in the grave is a reality . Beloved prophet muhammad (p.b.u.h) has clearly educated his ummah about life after death and the day of judgement when allah will judge each and every soul. But my sister the concept of ghosts does not exist in islam. The holy quran mentions the existence of jinns who were created by allah out of smokeless fire and as per hadees the jinns were created 2000 years before the creation of prophet adam (p.b.u.h). There are good jinns and bad jinns. It is the bad jinns that make mischief. Do not forget that iblees is a jinn. He is the head of all evil jinns and and you should know that evil jinns are real pranksters and this clearly proves that it is this army of evil jinns that play pranks in certain houses and people think that their house is haunted. Jinns cannot be seen by the normal humans. Even the concept of u.f.o's is a prank of evil jinns. Have you ever heard of a u.f.o over any islamic country? There are a lot of research going on over this topics and slowly scientists are begining to accept this islamic truth.

You'll never get out of that feeling. Believe me. I live near a haunted cemetary, and get that feeling every night when I'm coming home from church in the dark. Don't worry though. Ghosts can't hurt you. I should know. And yea, I know that I sound a lot like I'm making fun of you. But I'm not. I'm serious...
Listen to the one who said to talk to them. But I actually say my problems to them out loud, then say "I want to sleep, can you leave? I kind of feel creeped out..." And then I feel better... o.O Yea, I know I need mental help...
Don't worry about it. Sleep with your back to the wall and a Bible against your chest. :]

It is because you must be thinking more/watching movies of ghosts etc. I would suggest that be brave and concentrate more on your studies than in ghosts.

Have the courage and strength to face up to them, show no fear, talk to them, tell them to bring it on whatever and ask them what they want. You will find that they are none existent, your fear will disappear, and you will realize that everthing is just in your imagination, and you will never be afraid again.
