hey ! i SO know where your coming from. my arms and calves are tiny ! but my stomach and thighs are huge !
here is a work out routine will surely tone you up !
(i attend Golds Gym in Huntington Beach and im only 13 !)
1) drink a smoothie whith fruit and PURE juice before your work out. this will keep you hydrated and give much needed vitamins for your work out. (:
2) stretch. theres no point in working out if your going to get hurt.
3) get on a bike... pedal at a consistant speed for about 5-10 minutes.
4) then switch over to your abs. at a gym they normally have ab balls which you put your lower back on and do crunchies. do 5 sets of 20.
5) get on a treadmill and run for 10 minutes straight at 6.5 MPH.
6) lastly, stand up and bend over. this will work your lower abs.
points ?

Ok well most people on here are giving adult work-outs.
Basically, you should
1.Do an aerobic workout 3 times a week for 20 min each workout. This would be anything that keeps you constantly moving, like running, an aerobic workout tape, basketball with a friend/brother or any other choice that keeps your heart rate elevated for 20 minutes.
2.Don't stop eating just eat healthier. Make sure to have a healthy breakfast. That will jump start your metabolism which will burn more adipose tissue(fat cells). Don't eat 3-4 hours before you go to bed. If you do, the food won't have time to break down and it will turn to fat.
3.Cut back on what you eat. If you normally go for 2nds, then stop.
4.make a goal for ever to weeks to keep you motivated.
5.Reward yourself once or twice a week. Just make sure that the next day is a workout. For instance if you eat a bowl of ice cream, make sure to find a way to get rid of it.
Those suggestions should work out for the amount of weight you want to lose.

Walking. I know it sounds crappy, but I am one of the laziest people out there and I still love the results... start slowly by instead of getting a ride to the bus stop, or having somebody else run to the store, just take the quick little walk...
it actually honestly DOES make you feel better about yourself, and after some time you do see and feel results, especially in those problem areas. It works out your legs and evens out your belly.
I stopped walking cuz I got lazy and had stress, and now I have the same issues again, but I wish I hadn't. Get into a routine now and walk whenever you get the chance!
Park further away or get off the buss further away when you go places, so you have to walk an extra five minutes each way for example, thats ten extra minutes of walking during that one trip!

Typical problem. There are many solutions.
1. cut back on foods loaded with carbs.
2. swim, run, bike ride. do 30 minutes of cardio everyday.
3. weight lift. this will not make you look like a man, you will just be toned.
Hints: dont eat right before bed, and dont have little snacks between meals. if you get hungry and wnat to stop eating, chew gum, or hard candy of some sort, thats only consuming 10 calories.
in order to lose wieght you must lose 3500 calories. so, if you cut back 500 a day for a week, thats a pound! (or lose 500 by working out..running moderatley for 30 minutes)
Good luck!

Lay off sweets, fast foods (like McDonald's), chips, soda/pop that's loaded with sugar. Eat smaller portions of things. If you want a snack have a piece of fruit rather than a candy bar. Get a good amount of daily exercise, and stop worring about your thighs and your stomach.

You should not diet whilst your body is still growing,if you want to keep your weight in check exercise and eat small amounts often, rather than three large meals, do not eat after 7pm as your body will store it as fat unless you go on a jog after dinner.

Well eat healthy. Maybe have a little get together with some friends and have all healthy food. No junk food allowed! And eat the right amount. Even exercise with friends, friends always motivate you and you have fun with them. Or just simply play some sports!

If you're a teenager, do NOT start dieting. Eat a balanced diet, eat three or more meals a day (that is, don't skip a meal), and get some exercise. I can't stress that last one enough. Get into good habits now, and you will be good for life.

watch what you eat. i am under 13 yrs and i still am under 90 lbs. do squats for your thighs and 100 crunches for your legs. i do 75 for cheerleading. run alot.. dont be tempted by that brownie calling your name. ask your family and friends to help you with your eating and excersising habits. encourage yourself by treating yourself everyonce in a while, not at every impulse. and when at resturants or at home, dodge that soda and sugary drink because doc says that most calorie intake comes from liquids. GOOD LUCK!
