oh my god. Sex!?

my boyfriend and i had sex for the first time today.....my parents caught us because we started when they werent home. So when they got home they just wanted to tell me that they were home. So they came into my room there was my boyfriend and i in my bed together. What can I do to show my parents that I am trustworthy enough to continue my relationship with my boyfriend??? Also when we were doing it, it was really painful. What is the reason for this, cause if we go at it again then i dont want it to hurt again. Any suggestions???

It's gonna be pretty hard to convince them that you're trustworthy now that they have that image burned into their brains. You may have to promise them that you'll not be anywhere alone with him, that you'll keep them posted on everywhere you go, everyone you see and everything you do.

Sex is painful at first. There are a couple of things you can do to help it not be bad. First, foreplay is very important. It causes certain things in your body to happen to prepare you for intercourse. Your muscles relax so that you're more open and you produce lubrication to smooth the way.

Find a man who's willing to give you the foreplay you need. A selfish man will only be concerned about his own needs and that's not someone you want to be with. Since you won't be alone with your boyfriend for awhile spend some time learning about your body.

How old are you? If I were you, I'd tell my parents that they can't stop me form having sex, and show them that I'm mature enough to handle it. Whether or not they buy that depends upon how old you are and your parents beliefs about sex.

For a girl, the first time is always painful. It'll be better next time.

next time have your boyfriend go slowwwww and easy. where as its your first time you are naturally small for entry but depends on his size as well. as for your parents i suggest a long serious uninterupted talk about sex and your feelings now!!!!
