So i had a dream where i could start to feel blood in the back of my throat and suddenly vomited very bright red blood into a cup. It was very quick and clean and then i checked back on the cup to throw it out and clean it and all the blood evaporated.

Now some background: It's 7:30PM now, i went to bed at 4:00 PM because i havent slept. Last night i went to bed at midnight and had to wake up at 3:00 AM to do my thesis and had to stay up till i was home again. I did it all that day and i've handed it in so its all done. But i feel so exhausted right now.

Sooo lets have some answers to my question then :)

Not getting enough sleep has an affect on dreams, along with the work on your thesis. One works through emotions and psychic energy in dreams. Without doing this internal house cleaning, dreams can become more negative or messy. I would hope after the dream of vomiting blood, you felt a little rested. You must not overdue things, the fact the blood evaporated, may mean that you did some processing of the emotions of the dream in the end. Meditation can also be used to clean out or process one's negative, or other feelings one picks up during the waking hours.

I think, it is a sign you need to see a doctor for health problems or a sign if you don't change your activities you will need to see a doctor.
