Yrs or their entire life, look at monks they go there whole life.It is self control and religion. It is possible to never do it but most men do not have the self controll to do it.

A man could last forever without ever touching himself sexually or having sex. The thing is no man wants to try to actually find out the true time span. Men live, breath, think, eat, smell with their penis. The think it is the most important part of their anatomy.
Leave it alone for a while, it wont disappear and you wont die without touching it.

A guy can go for second, hours, days, weeks, months and even years with out touching himself and from having sex, it just depends on the person!

Oh, not very long unless you isolate yourself in a small empty room, even then not very long since men cannot control having these thoughts. On an average men think about sex every 2 minutes-so you do the math.

A man can go forever without touching himself or having sex. However, I wouldn't recommend it. It's not natural and people like priests who take vows of celibacy (and stick to them) have high rates of testicular and prostate cancer!

I understand from reliable sources, that after considerable studies there was one exceptional man (who will remain anonymous) that was definitely able to distract himself for 45 minutes. Yes! Of course that was not your average man. But it can be done.

My boyfriend and I tried once...So not very long would be the answer. (for both of us, btw me as well as him!Girls have needs too you know!)
It not normal or healthy to depreive yourself so why would you want to? Dont do it.
