I have so much hate inside me now for a few people
what are some safe and and healthy things I can do to forget about it

Well, exercise is a great way to burn up the excess energy, I know. Ranting at a really trusted friend gets it off your chest and out of your mind where it can fester and turn into actions to regret later. I like to draw or write when I get really really filled with rage. You can express yourself purely. you can just let whatever it is flow and the words and lines are driven by your emotions and yet release them, and no one gets hurt or in trouble. If all else is not working for you, try talking to one of your parental units, you might be surprised how much they can help you...good luck...breathe deep, most likely the person[s] you ar angry with are not even worth the thoughts you have wasted on them...

Take up two hobbies: Working out in a gym (specifically with a punching bag) to get out the anger, and gardening to help bring a little calm into you. Believe it or not, it will work.

Also get some counseling, Honey. I don't know what issues you have, but it's pretty clear they're eating at you.

Tigger, is right on. Join a gym, and work it out. That is what I did. I just came back from my work out. I feel so good. It releases, endorphins. It is such a great feeling. It will calm you down.

Eat healthy and drink lots of water.

Write a list of all the things you are thankful for, of all of the nice things people have done to/for you

Try writing a list of all the bad things that might have happened to those people to make them so spiteful

I like to feel sorry for people who are rude to me. In my head I say "I am so sorry that you didn't have parents that could teach you good manners"

Remember, you are ALLOWING those people to steal your happiness. Don't give them that power.

1.hot bubble baths and chamomile or mint tea, with honey, if u like it sweet.
2.talk to ur cat...or any other lazy animal u might have.......
3.get some clay pots and write the names of the ppl ur angry at on them, then explain to them y ur mad...dont be affraid to scream and yell, then talk to the actual person.

Jazzy, you need an anger management class. The "reference" dept. of your library can help you with that.
You better take this seriously, or you'll end up killing someone with your car out of anger. I've seen it too many times.

go shopping,buy a punching bag and gloves ,hang them in the garage and beat the heck out of!!!

go out to ure lawn get a bunch of clay pots get a golf club and SWING SWING SWING till ure dun being angry

tell sum 1.....just talk 2 mom...dad...or friend. tell them how u feel & wats makin u so0o0o mad....good luck!!!
