Jesus told his disciples to take bread and wine in memory of him, the Apostles carried on this memorial service in the ecclesias/churches.

Yes, some JWs do. But they can only be one of the Chosen Ones. There's only 144,000 Chosen Ones who get into heaven, and supposedly 100,000 are already there. It's wacky.
