I had a diagnostic angiogram on Wed I removed my gauze I had over the incension and feel good not exactly 100% but the only discomfort is in the incension area. Can I go back to working out? I have 2 weeks of convalescent leave from work but being in the Army I don't want to go two weeks without working out I like to keep my body fit for the fight. I am 25 years old btw. The problem is I have a vascular web and a 40% stenosis off my left common carotid but they didn't do the operation they said they were going to do and gave me an angiogram. I am now awaiting the results of the treatment.

Lol. Actually I have been a 19D and a 74D. But the problem just developed over the past year and a half.

Actually my profile expires on the 3rd of Jan. I had a T3 profile but that was it.

I assume they have given you a temporary profile of "P-3" while awaiting the results. Stenosis is a narrowing of a blood vessel. The one you mention supplies blood to the brain. I would wait for the results and listen to the doctor's advise before doing anything strenuous.

You have vascular problems and you are in the army? You must have a desk job. The treatment is to send you home for a ten year rest.
