A lost soul is caught between earth and the afterlife.....and if YOU feel like a lost soul...you shouldnt....You should be proud of what you have achieved with your kids and your life...trust me Bex ..I have been there .....but I have learned to believe in myself....which you must do..then you can move on...See I can be serious when it counts.....

Well Bex I agree with what Kimmy and Momof3 say regarding the human side of what constitutes a lost soul. As regards the spiritual it is a bit more than Kimmy describes. Not all souls who are in limbo between the earth and the spiritworld are lost. Some choose not to go over into spirit because they have sinned greatly on the earthplane and are frightened of what to expect. The truly 'lost' ones are those who have not accepted that they are 'dead' (left the earthly life). These souls consist of the ones who were murdered or had a violent death in some way, maybe an accident, and have no idea that they have left their earthly bodies. Others because they are so attached to someone in their earthly life that they don't want to leave them. I have helped a few in my time to go up to the Light and join their loved ones in spirit. xx

There are two terms Bex to decribe this one is human the other spiritual.
Human is when someone is lonely, not sure what to do with themselves or their lives, and feel isolated and not able to do very much. I myself felt like this after my daughter passed. I was a carer for 25 yrs and did everything for her and suddenly I had lost my reason to get up in the morning. It was a dark place to be and I was comfotred by the fact that were ever she is she is free, at peace and happy.
Spiritual is when someone has passed and they did not want to and are in between the stages of going over I think not expert on that.
What ever the reason the person will find a way Bex with people around them to support them and guide them through lifes troubles.

I personally don't think any souls are "lost", maybe there are those of us who still have a great deal to learn after this life, and therefore are reborn as many times as it takes for these lessons to be learnt!
Every soul has a spirit guide though Bex, so therefore cannot be lost or alone!

A lost soul is a person that doesn't believe that Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross and rose again. The only way to be saved and go to heaven and not eternal hell is by believing that Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross and rose again (1 Corinthians 15:1-4).
