Will a number show up on my bill if I was only talking for 0:02 seconds?

I had accidently pressed "Call ***-***-****" and it dialed the number then I realized it and hung up immediatly. It didn't even ring. Will it show up on my bill? When I went to call history it did show the number I accidently called.

No, it doesn't count on the bill until someone picks up.
But it'll appear on your phone's history the instant you press the call/send button

i dont think, it will show on you phone couse it keeps it stored until you erase it.
