Get Triscuit brand crackers, they come in wonderful flavors like garlic, or rosemary and olive oil. They are great nutritionally but taste delicious.
Get some Colby or Monterrey Jack cheese to eat on your Triscuit, or get some hummus to dip them in. Both are delicious.
You can also buy fat free refried beans and shred some cheese on top, warm in the microwave and dip the Triscuit in.
All these foods are available in your average grocery store, and many convenience stores.
Best of luck.

I just had a Quaker cereal bar. Chunky chocolate. It's only 90 calories, crunchy and slightly sweet.
