there is this boy in my class and he always looks at me an smiles, he hugged me once and then gave me a friendly smile, he also talks to me alot and acts weird around me. does he like me?

Its a possibility but its not certain. If you're interested in this person, talk to him, let him get to know you, the more you do that the more you will undersatnd and learn about him-in the process you'll probalby get the vibe that he does or doesnt see you in "that" way.
