Run down hill. Use sprint drills. Start a weight program. Remember the human body is a natural rythm machine. The faster your hands and arms go the faster your legs go.

Speed work Danny, speed work. If you're running the shorter races under a mile, then building upper body strength in the gym will help also.

while ur jogging u can have short bursts of running as fast as u can. then u figure out your bodies way of running the fastest it can.u can use weights or bags like a parachute to give u more resistance when running.
