And I've noticed she has quite large hard lumps underneath (not directly underneath, but a little lower than) her nipples. Is this normal?

Yes, I am getting her spayed soon. She is only just gone 5 months old, and I wasn't planning it until 6 months, which is why she's not spayed already.

One of the lumps is actually a kind of raised ring around her nipple?

Yes.

You should have your kitty spayed ASAP: She's not very comfortable.

Good luck.

This does not sound good. Unlike dogs, cats usually do not experience mammary development unless they're actually pregnant. Have a veterinarian check her.
