I don't know what it means. I know that dreams are the way that your subconscious deals with things that your conscious self does not deal with. That's all I know for sure.
Are you overly stressed? This time of year can do that to the best of us.
Cheer up...Epiphany is just around the corner.

If this is unusual behavior for you to act out in your dreams in this way, then it's possible that it could be stress, and maybe you need to look around your life and think over your day, and see if you can find a source of stress in your life. There are some other things you should consider looking over as well. Did you start a new medication lately? If you have, that could be something that could trigger a change in behavior for you. You should also look around your environment, and see if there is anything new that could have triggered an allergic reaction for you, that is another possibility. Maybe you switched to a different laundry detergent, or ate something you don't normally eat, or something like that, and it triggered an allergic reaction that caused you to have crazy dreams, hope this gives you something to work with.......

it is very normal to yell and make movements such as kicking, or punching in your sleep, the most common reason is that a person is having a nightmare. Another possibility is that you were having some sort of struggle in your dream.
