Critical when you see a photo of yourself?
I have just lost 80 pounds, and everyone has been telling me I am a new person, I was told I was the most elegant at the Christmas Party, I see the photo today and I want to cry. I think i look fat ugly etc. Are you like that???

Tina yes I am..I always have been....it is not good! We must love ourselves....and also we need to enjoy compliments! Maybe we are the hardest on ourselves...what a shame...maybe we as women have this problem much more than men..since on TV and Magazines etc. women weigh 80 lbs! So we never feel pretty...this needs to stop..and Tina you should be so proud of yourself! Come on girl be the DIVA U R!

I think what disappoints me the most, is that people think so great of you now, but when you were 80 pounds heavier, were you not this great?
Be glad that you achieved a goal! Thats a big accomplishment! But I hope that you did it for yourself, not for others. The photo is from the past, its not you anymore!!!

yea i have always been like that. there is so much i need to work on about my self. but you should pay yourself on the back for your 80lbs loss, thats a huge thing. your outside is not the same no more and ppl are noticing that so just take there nice comments. Congrats

EVERYDAY OF MY LIFE! I have my pictures they are so ugly! For some sick reason they look just like me!!! Congratulations on the weight loss what's the secret?

Your perception of yourself just hasn't caught up to what you really look like. Keep believing that you look good and soon you will see yourself the way everyone else does.

God yeah i have lost weight myself but still see myself as fat, everybody come and say oh how much weight you have lost and how good you look.. but inside your screamin cause they don't realize how you feel.. they seem to think you have this new body that you must feel amazin god if only?? know how you feel .....
