without having to go to a Doctor?
can i sleep on the floor on my back to straighten it?
my neck is kind of hunched and i HATE how it looks like, i really want to get it striaght

it depends how old u r if u are old then u cant do much about ur back but if u are still young then it is possible to mantain a stright back..frist off u can sit on the ground more often this can help ur back keep straight but dont sit hunchback properly for about 15 mins a day and in no time you'll have a straight back..good luck with ur backk

I have the same problem. In my case, I have poor posture, but I also tend to lean forward because of my relatively bad eyesight (high astigmatism). I hate having my picture taken in profile, or passing by mirrors or store windows, just to see how bad my posture is! I have to force myself to remember to keep straight. Believe me, even after DECADES, it doesn't get any easier (wish I had listened to my grandmother about keeping my shoulders back, neck straight, etc!). ;)

sleeping on the floor will not fix or help your back problems, it might even make them worse. I would work on good posture, that is the first step to stopping this problem. Check out this website for tips:
