l've got 1 tomato and half a loaf of bread in the fridge...?

grill the tomato once you have sliced in two turn 4 slices of bread into bread crumbs sprinkle on the toms grill for 1 miute get more bread cut into thin strips and toast

That kind of just leaves you with a tomato sandwich BUT you could be crazy and put bread inbetween the 2 halfs of the tomato- a topsy turvey sandwich mental!

Cook the tomato in water to make it go further. Add a spices, curry powder, garlic flakes or brown sauce to to the mixture if you have it. Cut the bread into door-stops and dunk in your "soupy tomato " mixture.

Anyone can run out of provisions, but try to keep the pantry full in future. You deserve it.

Tomato and peanut butter sandwich! Of course you will need some peanut butter, but you said the tomato and bread were in the fridge, the peanut butter should be in the cabinet. What kind of person doesn't have peanut butter around?

Thinly slice the tomato,..arrange on the sliced bread,sprinkle some cheese on top(if you have any!)and toast under the grill.....yum,yum!

do you have an egg then fry the egg and put on top of toasted bread then top with tomato and grill yum yum or just toast bread and top with tomato and grill it tastes great or if you have cheese put on top of toast and tomato and your in heaven !!!
