I don't know about photoshop, but you can go to http://www.picnik.com/app , you can edit pics the same way as you would on photoshop, and you download something called "Irfanview" , just search for it, this helps you to edit pics too.

Adobe gives you trials but the best way to do it,is with torrents,download Utorrent and search up Adobe Cs3 (which is the newest one) make sure it has a key to it too if not I am sure you can search it up without having to download a keygen.
