It generally gives them diarrhea. They do not need it for any reason either.

You don't want to give a dog milk. Period. Same with cats. No milk either.

We never give cows dog's milk so cow's milk causes disease in dogs.

milk contains vit d and dogs can't absorb vit d so i would say little in moderation no non dairy if he has to have it
