Does Sprite have caffeine? Any more suggestions would be great. Thanks a lot.

Caffeine is a chemical compound similar to the hormone adrenaline. It stimulates the activity of the brain, heart, kidney and intestines.
Too much caffeine can make you feel:
Anxious, irritable, restless, dizzy, difficulty concentrating, upset stomach, headaches, and difficulty sleeping.
The key is moderation. Limit yourself to no more than 1 or 2 cans ( a maximum of 24 ounces) of soda a day, and make sure they don't replace more nutritious foods and beverages in your diet. As long as soft drinks are not your main source of fluids and your otherwise following a well-balanced, healthy diet, a daily fix of fizz is ok.
Diet soft drinks relates to the (nutrasweet) artificial sweeteners most common in diet soda.
Caffeine is also a common ingredient of soft drinks such as cola, originally prepared from kola nuts. 12 oz Coca-Cola Classic (34.5 mg), Diet Coke (46.5 mg), Dr. Pepper (42 mg), Mountain Dew (55.5 mg), Pepsi-Cola (37.5 mg), Sunkist Orange (42 mg). Red Bull, 8.5 oz (80 mg), Full Throttle, 16 oz (144 mg).
Caffeine-free:
Minute Maid Orange, Slice, Sprite, 7-Up, Mug Root Beer. No-caffeine versions of Mountain dew, Barq's, and other sodas.

Water still remains the best beverage for your body.

Yes, but try not to have any soda with artificial sweeteners (aka diet sodas), also, a little bit of caffeine doesn't hurt the baby - so if you feel like having a regular coke once in a while (not every day) then it's okay. Generally they say 1 cup of coffee is okay - although you should avoid it if you can. And soda with caffeine has less then 1 cup of coffee.

Sprite, 7-up, and Barq's rootbeer are all caffeine free. You can also buy Coke, Pepsi and Dr. Pepper, in regular and diet forms that are caffeine free but you have to look for them specifically because the normal ones have caffeine.
