The Bible talks about how Jesus (when he robed himself in flesh) was created lower than the angels.
Hebrews 2:9 (NLT)
"What we do see is Jesus, who "for a little while was made lower than the angels" and now is "crowned with glory and honor" because he suffered death for us. Yes, by God's grace, Jesus tasted death for everyone in all the world.
Then the Bible talks about the body of believers, those saved (the church)
Ephesians 5:23 (NLT)
For a husband is the head of his wife as Christ is the head of his body, the church; he gave his life to be her Savior.
Then the bible calls the CHURCH Christ's bride
Ephesians 5:27
He did this to present her to himself as a glorious church without a spot or wrinkle or any other blemish. Instead, she will be holy and without fault.
So my question is: when we, the body of believers (the church) arrive in heaven for eternity, will we still be outranked by the angels? Or will we ( as Christ's bride) out rank them.

As adopted sons and daughters, we'll outrank them.

No.
Trying to determine who has primacy is irrelevant. Humans will always be over angels in one aspect-the power to procreate.
Angels, can not have children (barring the brief episode where some angels forsook there proper place and fathered children with the daughters of man), yet we, as humans can and do.
Of those 'bought from the earth' that do go to heaven to be co-rulers in the Kingdom, yes, they shall be higher than angels.

1Co 6:2 Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is judged by you, are you unworthy of small judgments?
1Co 6:3 Do you not know that we shall judge angels, not to speak of this life?
I don't know if we will "outrank" them, but Paul indicates we will judge them.

Jesus said that when we die and go to heaven, that we shall be "like the angels", they will minister to us, but we won't be lower than them, just different.

I don't think that can really be answered until we get there and find out. And somehow I don't think we will be wondering that when we get there. I think we will be so awestruck at being in the presence of our Lord nothing else will matter except that we will want to praise and worship him.

Yes, we will "outrank" them because GOD created the angels to praise him, and to protect us and minister to us.

Quite frankly, I think humans have the leg up on angels, seeing as we have the benefit of being real and all.
