Good question - it made me smile so have a star, my friend! To answer your question, I think arguing takes priority. lol

Actually, the question you posed was like the fuse on a powder keg -- innocuous enough in itself, but the end result is anything but calm and peaceful. Whenever you bring up the Palestinian and Israeli situation, that's not exactly neutral ground around here. I'm surprised more people didn't jump on your post as a way to bash both sides of the issue.
But to answer your current question, I can both think deeply and argue logically and coherently. I would hope that I would try to do the former before participating in the latter.

Most R & S ers are fundamentalists (who don't care about things like history, injustice, etc. and probably couldn't find Bethlehem on a map) and anti-religionists who feel an obligation to shut down the fundamentalists (rather than discuss the current state of Bethlehem).
Few thinking people use YA, let alone the R & S section.

Possibly no one had anything to contribute, or just never clicked on it. I only read about 10% of questions.

Sorry,
Did not see your question.
One day we will all learn to respect each others faith and we will learn that we are ALL better off respecting life and not judging others.
Peace be with you.
