This is an issue everyone has such different opinions on so obviously there's going to be alot of "thumbs-downs"; Just thought I'd tell you all that I'm not giving you "Thumbs-downs". I'm just here to listen to everyone's opinions.

Thanks.

No as a mother of 2 i am and always will be pro choice. Just because I'm a mother doesn't give me the right to decide what is best for another woman. I look at my kids every day and i am grateful of what i got, but i can not condone or put another woman down for the choices she makes in life. Like i always say unless you walked a mile in another woman's shoes you can NOT judge her. What ever she decides to do is between her and her god. It's nobody else's business.

Not really. I was against it before, but not really too passionate about it... but after I had my daughter, and looked at her, I had no idea how or why anyone would want to stop such a beautiful thing from being born.

I have seen an abortion on an ultrasound video and the fetus was about 10 weeks gestations age, and I remember seeing MY DAUGHTER being that size on an ultrasound and here she is, a REAL human being, not just a picture on a screen, not a "fetus" and that really makes it hit home.

People say a woman has the right to do whatever she wants to HER body and that is fine and TRUE, but I have had a fetus grow in my womb, she has ALWAYS had her OWN body. I own as much of her body NOW (at 2 yrs old) as I did 21 days after conception and her heart started beating... its not a womans body when she has an abortion, there is another human being's BODY inside of hers that is effected... so, yes, I have became MORE passionate on my stance of abortion is wrong...

YES, aboslutely. I actually had an abortion as a teen, consented by my parents and I got their strong support through those times. It didn't affect me then, but now that I have an 11 month old who is just aboslutely perfect and the best thing in my life I can't see how horrible it was and what a huge mistake I made. I can't do anything now but advise others not to when they ask or tell me they are thinking about it. So, yes my opinion has changed. It's so easy to talk about things, do things, or say things when you don't know what is actually going on, the miracle of life. Happy Holidays

I have ALWAYS been against abortion. After having my daughter (she's 4 now) I respected life of the unborn even more. After my son was stillborn at 17 weeks this July and having to go through 14 hours of labor to deliver my dead son and getting to hold his oh so perfectly formed body I have even more respect then before! He was only 5 inches long but had 2 eyes, 2 ears, 2 arms, 2 legs, a nose, a mouth, a tongue, 10 fingers and 10 toes! He was PERFECT!!!

Yes, I was naive and lacked an understanding of how wonderful and a blessing a life is. Now that I know how precious every single baby is I could never be supportive of abortion. If the pregnancy is going to kill the mother or the baby then I would be for an abortion, but that's IT! I don't even believe a product of rape should be killed, it wasn't the baby's fault the mother was raped.

No it hasn't. I've even had a misscarriage @ 20 wks and I still believe that if a child is conceived via incest/rape(which I've personally been thru but not become pregnant on T.G) that if a mom decides to abort the baby she shouldn't be considered a murderer. Just my opinion b/c you asked.

As a form of birth control I don't agree with, that momma should keep the baby and give it to someone who wants it.

No.

I have always believed that each woman should have a choice, and that each woman should choose to follow through with the pregnancy.

I got pregnant when I was 15, and knew from the beginning that I would keep the baby. There were a lot of people in my life who recommended abortion, but I knew that it was simply not an option for me.

If the circumstances had not allowed me to keep my beautiful daughter, I would most definitely have given her up for adoption. My father was adopted, so I know how wonderful adopted families can be.

Thank goodness I made the choice that I did. My daughter is now 22 and happily married! I'm waiting patiently, but am also very much looking forward to becoming a grandmother!!!

No, but it has made my position on the matter stronger. I am very against abortion. I became pregnant at 15 with twin girls. I graduated from High school, have raised my girls by myself. They are now 4 and are happy healthy little girls! While I was pregnant, I had many people suggest abortion to me, and well it wasn't option, I made the decision to have sex and as a result I became pregnant. I owned up to my responsibility.

I have 5 children and my opinion has not changed. I thought and still do, that a woman should have the right to choose until week 25, after that she must see the pregnancy through and choose adoption if she does not want the child. The reason for week 25 is that it gives time to find out your expecting, make a decision and act. Also, around week 25 is the earliest they could keep a child alive outside of the mother with any chance, however slight of survival.

No I've always had the stance that you make your choice when you take off your panties. I see no reason that murdering a child is a reasonable answer to irresponsibly. And to those who say its not murder the baby has a heat beat before most women know they are pregnant.
