I am making a video about giving christmas gifts to poor children, and have been searching for a verse about children, or receiving gifts, or their smiles, etc. If anyone knows a good one, please let me know! :)

Matthew 19: 13-15
Mark 10:13-16
Luke 18: 15-17

They are all about Jesus' and his words to the disciples when they tried to make people go away who were bringing their children to Jesus to be blessed. He said:
"Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.

Matthew 7:11
If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!

Mark 10 - The Little Children and Jesus
13People were bringing little children to Jesus to have him touch them, but the disciples rebuked them. 14When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 15I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it." 16And he took the children in his arms, put his hands on them and blessed them.

Psalms 127:1a,4

Precious gifts from God our children are,

A possession to train and to teach.

Like the arrows of a mighty man,

We must aim them the target to reach.

They are gifts from God;

An inheritance our children are,

But to God they do truly belong.

They’re a fruitage that brings rich rewards

If we teach them the right from the wrong.

How we hope and yearn

That they’ll really learn.

Trust in God child-rearing to repay.

With our children let’s praise him each day.

Matthew 7:11
If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

That's the KJV version. Maybe find one that uses something better than the word "evil" unless they know its Biblical meaning (meaning "of the flesh" as opposed to "spiritual").

Check biblegateway.com for different versions.

I don't know the address off the top of my head but there is the story in the new testament about Jesus's disciples trying to send some children away that wanted to see Jesus and He tells them to let the children come to him. I don't know if that would apply to what you are doing. There is another verse I don't know the address to either but it says we need to have the faith of a child.
