I live in Boston, and and support boston 100%, however, I just can't get myself to watch sports. It bothers my boyfriend a little bit, he has tried to get me to watch but my attention qiuckly moves to something else when its on and I can't help it. Do all guys get bothered by this?

actually alot of guys are jus tthe opposite they are happy their wives or girlfreinds don't care to watch sports so the wife or girlfriend will leave them alone. me i am a little different it doesn't bother me that my last girlfriend didn't care for sports but i would like to meet someone who does like sports only because if our relationship lasts i want to be able to take her to a baseball,football,hockey game and watch the sport together. i think this kind of relationship works because there is a different bond you develop between each other

Depends on the guy...I pretty much hate any commercial, team sports...think their a waste of time and money and I found a guy who feels the same way. We like to be active and enjoy playing sports, but certainly don't support or watch all the media hype.
Your guy sounds like the typical frat dude, you're stuck with it. Either give in and watch, or move on to something else...or find a guy with more intellect.

Consider it a chance for him to have "guy time" and you to have "girl time". Guys don't get bothered by it. My boyfriend likes it when I watch sports with him because I'm with him, but he doesn't care that I don't like sports (except rugby - I love me some rugby!).
If he wants you to be in the room with him, take a book and read while he watches.

I don't watch or pay attention to sports either and I'm not gay , don't worry about it and some guys are turned off by a woman interested in sports , I think they are afraid the woman will know more than they do......

I don;t think guys get bothered by it. A lot of guys I know don't, because they want "guy time" you know? I'm from boston too, and I'm a huge red sox fan. I love baseball. Anything besides baseball and hockey will put me to sleep though.

I am a sports fan. Its so interesting! I mean how could it not? watching hot guys show off ttheir muscles and tackle eachother is good!

well just look at my username......lol soccer lover for sure....i love all sports to.....but soccer is my thing......i am a girl, just for ur info......and i dont think they would mind and all as long as you dont shout at the tv to much and all then no i dont think they mind at all but if they shout at the tv still dont shout. k good luck in what ever
