i have been dating this guy for about a month. I have known him for about a year. I think I have feelings for him because sometimes i feel like there is someone else out there that will be better for me, but then I think about not seeing him,or talking to him everyday , or picturing him with someone else and it is a sad feeling, so does this mean I care about him?

yeah you do,but you have to get things straight because sometimes we just feel jealous for people that we care but it does not mean that we want to be in a relationship with that person..

yea you care about him defently but this might mean that even though you like him there might be someone else in the world that you'll like even more so take thoses chances
