when you first buy a sixaxis ps3 control does it come charged?how about when you take it out of the box

it comes with a little charge
and it is suggested you charge it to the max before unplugging it
you can still use it while it is plugged inn though

Yes it has a little charge, discharge it after completely and charge it to the full.

It does not come with a charger. I can't remember if it was charged or not... you do have to hook it up with the usb cord to sync it to the PS3 anyway.
