Don't forget the seasonings! I put orange slices, rosemary, and sage under the skin of our turkey this year and it created quite a nice little turkey tattoo. Plus you'll smell tasty.

When roasting wieners you should never let them set on the fire too long. Turn them about every 45 seconds. Burned wieners are pretty gross.
