No? Aren't we still people serving people, living in a guinea pig's paradise? Did you really think you could unscramble scrambled eggs? "What is done is done and can never be undone." -God

My dear lab-rat, who is your leader? God, Satan, or Man? Was there ever a choice?
One day the world will notice a rainbow isn't real.

evolutionarily speaking, we're becoming giants.
Doesn't the fact that each succeeding generation is 6-10" taller than the last illustrate that?
Are we nearly done evolving? Probably nearly done. Reason: We don't know how to stop the self-destructive path we've created.

Man is making an effort to evolve?

I am unaware of any current project to shift the relative proportion of any specific alleles in the population.

Those projects that were undertaken failed because they didn't actually understand that evolution is not a progression between stages, nor a means of improvement - only a mechanism of change.

And guinea pigs have been bred for generations as food (that's why they still tend to be a tad skittish). Now we use them mostly as laboratory experimental subjects, and give them to small children so they can torture something besides their siblings. I think a guinea pig's paradise would probably feature a notable lack of human beings in any way, shape or form, except as objects of perpetual torment.

And why would I want to unscramble eggs? I prefer them scrambled. I put a lot of work into scrambling them. I'd like to get them pre-scrambled.

I don't have a leader, but blow in my ear, and I'll follow you anywhere.

Science has found that humans are actually evolving faster now than we have in the last 10,000 years God is a fictitious mommy/daddy figure created to slap the hands of adults that don't have mom and dad telling them "no" Think for yourself, all this hokey mysticism and acting like they know things is just a bunch of crap.. hell the church taught that the Earth was the center of the universe...if there was a god or the church had any connection with it, you'd think people wouldn't have died for thinking something that was true..the earth is not the center of the universe. Get some up to date education not teachings from 2000 years ago where people didn't have a clue to what is really going on!

Oh? Who's trying to evolve? There had to be someone there to scramble the eggs in the first place, right? Is there a choice between leaders? If we can follow the rules of one and condemn the other, there is a choice.

To a child, a rainbow is real.

Is this an attempt to say that man didn't evolve into man from a lower species because you don't see evolution.

Well to be honest, I think man has evolved.

Have you spoken to the children of today...They have a higher level of intelligence then children several years ago. Why is that? It's not because children before were stupid...It's that children now have adapted to their surrounding and have to evolve to survive...Their minds have evolved. Physically they have become weaker, but society has made physical strength less important and the mental is more important in the age of electronics and technology. That's what evolution is all about...adapting.

That depends on what you mean by 'evolve'. In the scientific sense we're completely evolved. We've adapted to our environment fairly well and there isn't much pressure on us. We might slowly lose some vestigial parts but not much beyond that until our environment changes significantly.

If you're talking about it in some cheesy "I just got out of my first philosophy 101 class" sense (which you seem to be) then whatever...

Maybe YOU haven't evolved. But you do know the process takes millions of years, right?

We have not changed since Adam and Eve. We are not evolving.
If we were, small changes might be observed.
In fact we are going backwards, especially in health.
