Well, cats are meat eaters. If your son's diet also consists mainly of meat, then it should be fine.

However, I suggest you intervene if your son's digestive upsets are caused by vegetable matter, especially corn. Corn is very very bad for cats.

Lol! Well let me guess, you laugh right? I don't think it is unhealthy but I don't think it would be good for the cat. If you keep laughing this will only encourage him, he wants attention. Even negative attention will keep him going, just ignore him and he will have no reason to do it, he will stop on his own.

I'm sure it wont offend the cat. If she is like ours she will get her own silent deadly revenge.
To date it has not harmed my cat or my youngest son

as a parent you should consider if by allowing this to continue are you teaching your son the correct behavior? is he gonna think it's ok for him to pass gas on children someday too? instead of asking if it's ok for the cat- you need to ask if it's ok for you to allow it continue for your son's mental upbringing.

It's not going to hurt the cat, but is very rude and disrespectful. Tell you son to grow up.

If he treats humans the same way he treats animals I`m surprised he hasnt gotten the crap beaten out of him yet. He would so deserve it.

That should NOT be tolerated. Who is encouraging him to do that???That's abuse and he could be arrested for that.

You are the parent-- please tell him to leave the cat alone--

Sounds like if he does it to the cat he may be doing it to his felow humans too.
