im not ganna lie i do run alot but i dont run 8.4alot

Yeah, thats a very good pace. Your running about 6:15 a mile. Youve got the stamina for baseball, Id start focusing on the speed part of it. run bleachers.

It is a very good pace.
If you want to gain stamina do what you are doing.
Keep your runs long distance at a slow pace if necessary

You've already got the stamina if you run 8 miles. You may not notice but you have much better recovery now than if you didn't run, and the running is much easier.

You'd really notice the difference if you played soccer. Keep it up.

If you have never run that is really good. That is like 6:07 mile pace. Way to go.
