No. The Catholic Church banned those kinds of indulgences years ago.
By decree of Pope Pius V in 1567, following the Council of Trent, it is forbidden to attach the receipt of an indulgence to any financial act, including the giving of alms. In addition, the only punishment remitted by an indulgence is existing punishment, that is, for sins already committed. Indulgences do not remit punishment for future sins, as those sins have yet to be committed. Thus, indulgences are not a “license to sin” or a “get-out-of-Hell-free” card; they are a means for the sinner to “pay” the “wages” of sin.

No
Indulgences were not possible without repentance and no plenary indulgence was possible without complete repentance, sacramental confession and absolution, detachment from all sin and sinful attitudes and volition.
The Council of Trent banned all connection of indulgences with money-giving,even real alms giving, because of the sacrileges and abuses of the 'pardon-pedlars' and "Tetzelites"
One modern equivalent of the "pardon -pedlar' is the person who tells another that he can sin wickedly but still"buy heaven" by saying the Sinners' Prayer( a nonbiblical tradition but a good prayer),"accepting Jesus" and being 'saved';after that ,"Once Saved Always Saved" and God will overlook all the sinner's sins, even active and unrepented sin of the worst sort.
Good people who are not in that particular'indulgenced' group of the "saved" will be tormented by their version of "the divine" forever

the buying of indulgences is called the sin of simony and is now illegal in the Catholic Church...yet even so the guide lines of the indulgences are that you must trulybe sorry for all sins to be forgiven ...which is a difficult thing to do so therefore if a rich man did buy all these indulgences it would be a waste if he felt no remorse

Think about this: It is easier for a to go thru the eye of a needle than for a rich man to get into heaven.

You cannot buy your way to heaven. You get to Heaven on your works alone,Asking For forgiveness and living a sin free as possible life. God does not expect perfection Just that you try. Jesus died on the cross for us and washed away our sins, He just wants us to acknowledge them and ask for forgiveness.

I'm pretty sure that's what Jesus taught: "If you are rich enough, you can enter heaven more easily."
