why does my right lower abdomen always aches?

Sounds like appendicitis. But if you've had the pain more than a few days, you would have known by now because it would have burst.

you may need to go to the emergency room. I'm no doctor but it sounds like you could have appendicitis. I would go now. Rather be safe than sorry.

Have you seen a doctor about this? If not i wouldn't leave it any longer.
