With all of the charges of cover ups and lies that seem to be leading to the White House regarding our reasons for Iraq, the tapes of the U.S. intelligence torturing individuals; do you think that if evidence supports those charges... we should considering putting them on trail in The Hague?

Inflamatory rhetoric, regardless of position is not welcome.

Well thought out and concise answers please.

Regarding Dick - from Resolution HR 333

Resolution HR 333 contains three articles, the first two holding Cheney responsible for manipulating intelligence to fabricate a threat of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction and allege a relationship between Iraq and al Qaeda, in order to justify the use of the United States Armed Forces against Iraq.
The third article alleges that Cheney has threatened aggression against Iran despite the absence of any real threat from Iran, thus undermining the national security of the US.

RAI, Italian news has said the Bush used quimical weapons against civilian population in Falluyah

The many brutal crimes committed by Bush et al re Iraq were unconscionable. A large number of individuals in the news media, Congress, and law enforcement have heard of some of the documented incriminating facts contained herein, but have not fully investigated their criminal connections. The failure of the media, Congress, and law enforcement to fully investigate, and disclose the eye-witnessed factual evidence of those criminal acts to the American public is almost equally unconscionable.

Well, they havent really commited anything that would make them war criminals under international law. Most of the things they authorized that would be a violation of said law, the US never signed into law, so we are not under it. They would be heald responsible at home for lies, if indeed they do exsist (im not saying one ay or another). You have to remember, this is not a normal time with a normal war. Extraordinary enemys require extraordinary tactics.

If you can quote a law that was broken and supply probable cause - lets hear it.

Otherwise your question is nothing more than the empty rhetoric you claim to want to avoid.

Yes. Bush and his cadre of thugs, liars and terrorists should be dragged before the World Court in The Hague and tried for crimes against humanity......

Then, put on trial in our country for high crime, misdemeanors and treason.

Do you seriously think that GW is the only president to do things that needed to be covered up? I am for whatever the government needs to do to keep my family and me safe.

Reminder to left wing idiots on Y!A, "I hate Bush" is not a war crime nor is it impeachable. So do us all a favor, shut up or post proof of crimes that can be used in a trial.
