I'd throw Granny in the Federal Penn !!!! They'll find her sickness,while she's in here !!!

Your grandma should be prosecuted for cruelty to animals and serve time with Vick. or at least talked to about how a live thing deserves better treatment. She may have harmed the entire litter. And if the Mom shows any strange symptoms be sure to take her to the Vet and send grandma the vet's bill.
I am sorry for you that this happened. So keep a close eye on Mom and have her neutered after she does her thing. If you have problems with the money, call the ASPCA some of them have assistance available and a low or no price.

why did your grandma throw your pregant cat ?
if i was you i would not see her ever again.
i would get my cat to the vet now ,go now if you didn't already because your cat can die from gettin throw that bad. has she been acting funny lately.has she been meowing lately. because if she has been meow you could have little friends comin soon too.

Threw, as in tossed her onto the floor where she landed on her feet? Or threw, as in chucked her against a wall? If the former, no reason to worry. If the latter, get thee to a vet.
And for the love of everything, keep the cat away from your grandmother.

i had a grandma like that till she died of acute renal failure due to alcoholism...no one mourned the b it c hes death either.
the special sickness in your case i don't know she just might be only mean spirited
get thee to a vet with the cat and kick granny in the shins for me...
