I'm celebrating it the 1st time ever and I already LOVE it! We had some champagne, some cake, had a nice evening with my parents...

Tomorrow the 22nd, but the traditional celebration of winter solstice does not actually begin until 2 days later, the 24th, when one can see for sure the returning of the sun.

Nope it is the summer solstice - here in Oz anyway.
