Those old Biblical paintings date from around the 1400's.
That would make a minimum of 1300 years after Mary's death.
Those painters had no idea what she looked like.
If she looks 'hot' its because of the imagination of painters from the Dark Ages.

Those paintings were not done in the biblical times. Most likely done during the Renaissance. All done by perception, not by visualization.
