Door mounted bells?

I am looking for a bell that I can mount on my back door- kind of like what you see in a lot of stores- just to let me know when it is being opened. I live around a good number of popular stores. Does anyone know where to find something like that? Thanks

This time of year, you can propbaly go to any store that sells Christmas decorations and get them mounted on a ribbon. That would be attractive as well as functional.
