Anywhere in the Southern emisphere will be OK.Canaries,Malta even Gibralter. But the real good and cheap trip would be aboard the Island Star cruise ship sailing from Brazil to Palma majorca.with flights this is available at the end of Feb for a modest £899 for 23 nights onboard.See Cruise 1st online.

Any of the where in the Canaries. We have been to Lanzarote in January. It was lovely then. Temperature in the middle 70's. Look out for a last minute break. There is also a lot to do there.

Ha, come over to Southern California. Try Death Valley, but that would be far away. It's I think the hottest plave in the US and it's camping. Not expensive at all. We go there all the time.

Tunisia
My parents spent a month there cost them $1500 each Canadian. The flight, hotel and most meals were included.

i would say the Canary Islands (Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura etc). They are generally hotter than the rest of europe but cheaper than travelling further afield.
