its like skin colour?

Tattoo artists make their inks look transparent by diluting them into a wash - there is no skin colored tattoo inks that are transparent. If skin colored, they would contain properties to match normal skin tones - they are not transparent.

i dont think there is a such thing as see through ink of less your talking about that UV ink
