maybe thirty years ago there was one who used to show up now and then... some times at the Depot... other times over by the Veterans Hospital... he showed up again over in Ontario when they opened the Wal Mart... that was the last time I saw Him... There also were a couple back when I was little... I remember one at the Christmas parade way back in 51 or 52...
