Yes you can.

To make healthy tuna salad, avoid the mayo. Use mustard, and instead of mayo use low fat plain yogurt.

Add some finely chopped onion for some flavor too.

yes you can eat it straight from the can and a good tuna salad recipe we use is dice up a hard boiled egg, onion if you like. salt pepper and your favorite mayo and even a little sweet relish if you like it combine in a bowl after you drain the tuna cover and put in fridge to chill

If you want a quick idea for a Pasta Bake...

Take a can of Campbells condsensed mushroom soup and add to some cooked pasta (but don't water it down - the soup that is). Add your tuna and a tin of sweetcorn and put in the oven. Its cracking trust me :)

yes the heathyest way is 2 spoon fulls of low fat mayo mixed with a spoon full of sweet relish with about half a small can of tuna or you can go out and buy the on-the-go tuna packet and that will give you the exact same thing with the nutrition facts on the back you can buy them in packs of five or one by one depending where you shop

Tuna is pre-cooked before it's canned. It's perfectly safe to eat.

you can eat it right out of the can...Christian Bale ate tuna out of the can to loose wait for a movie called the Machinist, and it worked almost too well for him. So it is doable. But why not add a touch of relish>? And avocado?

Yes you can. Depending on how much tuna salad you want to make. One can drained and one hard boiled egg chopped. small amount of celery, small amount of onion, dash of lemon juice, and enough mayonaise to mix it together. salt and pepper if you need it. Chill and then spread on bread or crackers.
