Depends on the person some women are great at their jobs and some aren't good at their jobs.
Their sex has nothing to do with it.

It's not their hearts that I question but rather the reach of their arms. Why would a woman want to be in a profession that they are genetically not suited to be in as well as men? Women don't have the same physical strength nor the same testosterone driven agression as men. They are at a disadvantage from the first day of training. I'm in NO WAY a male supremecist but I can't figure this one out. It's like a 5 foot 2 inch guy playing in the NBA. Sure, he can play basketball and probably pretty well. Hell, he may even be a star player but he immediately and always is at a disadvantage because of his height.

Yes. When it comes to police jobs I think that women are sometimes more detail oriented and observant and that a woman would be more likely to ask for help when it is necessary than most men who would tend to try and do it themselves. I also think a woman would show more restraint when it comes to apprehension of a suspect. I know that my ex wife worked for the Air Force at Base Operations of Dover AFB and was instrumental in keeping the pilots organized for overseas flights for C-5 Galaxies and she was very proficient.

This is a resounding Yes. Historically women have been key players in military campaigns. I think the first recorded was around 1760. Women are as intelligent and can train to be as tough and there is something to say about being agility.

The women i have encountered so far have been of a great quality. I think women really think about joining, and they only lets a few actually take the plunge. I feel they are drivin to succeed for themselves and to prove to everyone else they can do what needs to be done. MP's have the females on the front lines every day, and they do wonders.

I think women can stay calm in stressful situations - sometimes better than men. women have the potential to be very well trained and focused which is perfect for this type of work. size doesn't matter as long as the training makes up for it. hope this helps.

I was in the Navy, and worked as a corrections officer for a while.
Some of the women I worked with were better than many of the men.

Some women are. Some women either can't or won't pull their own weight. It's the same with the men.

I believe that they are good at both. I have seen them on the job performing duties just as well and many times better than some of their physically unfit male counterparts.
