It won't find all of it, but the court could compel him to produce his wage and income transcript from the IRS and it could demand that he produce his tax return as well.

You should probably contact a lawyer, laws are different in each state and you need to know what it is in your state.

In general, if one party in a lawsuit thinks the other is lying about their income. The court can order the parties to provide an official IRS transcript of their returns. If fraud is still suspected the court can order an independent audit of your husbands books by a CPA licensed in your state.

In Indiana child support is a complex formula determined by both parents income.

Hope this helps.

If they want you to pay child support then I assume that your ex husband has custody of the kids. The child support that you pay is related to how much you make and his income has nothing to do with it. He probably does report his income taxes to the child support agency, that is usually required. If you don't make much and feel it would be a big financial burden on you, you can argue that with the child support agency.

The court can order him to produce copies of his tax return. If he's falsifying his returns too, then it gets trickier since you'd need them to request copies of all of his financial info.

yes you can, have a court ordered look at his banking and any company books, there's lots of ways to hide money.
