When I'm with my b/f and i see a pretty girl, I always look at his eyes to see if he is looking at her..And he went out with his last g/f 3 years and I always think that he is thinking about her or comparing me to her. I love him more then anything but I get so jealous sometimes I want to break up with him.. How can I stop doing this to him and myself???

jealousy is anger turned inward.
When I see my husband look at another girl I feel sorta good because he chose ME. It's like l am am the steak and all the other girls are the eggs. He doesn't STARE at them he just notices.
I thinks it's kinda cute that he looks at them :)
Maybe he is telling himself ugh I could have wound up with a stuck up B like her ... I am happy I have the one I have .
AND never look at his eyes to see what he is seeing. Never do that to ANYONE!!!!!!!!!! I swear this is a boundary violation in the most aggressive sense of the word. That is just weird LOL
And you will get dumped FOR it. I promise you that!!

Oh god, I find myself doing this too occasionally. Jealousy is built into us, and it's a nasty, horrible feeling. I am careful to never let him know or get locked up, as I realize it is my problem and not his. It's pure insecurity with your own sexiness and lovability, and a fear of being hurt. Every time you find yourself doing it, remind yourself you are being crazy and irrational. Remember that your negative thoughts will not change who he is or what he does, so there's no point to them. They only harm you, never help, and the less attractive you feel, the less attractive you appear. Work on your own confidence and feeling good. It will make you even sexier to him. Give him the benefit of the doubt that he really is into you unless he says otherwise. Try to nip these behaviors and thoughts in the bud the moment you recognize them. Immediately find something else to focus on, and do it. It's the only thing I've found that even remotely helps. Good luck!

He will break up with YOU if you don't stop it. Jealousy has ruined many relationships! Stop it. Just stop. So what if he looks at other girls? Is he supposed to walk around with his eyes closed? If you love him, you will trust him. Just because he looks doesn't mean he wants.

You need to accept the fact that guys are going to look. It doesn't mean anything. He is with you because he cares about YOU. Just because some random girl walks by and he gives her a once over doesn't mean he cares for you any less. If you care for him, you need to beat this information into your head or you will smother him with jealousy and he will leave you.

He will leave you in the end if you don't stop being so jealous. Men hate that kind of stuff. Just chill out a bit.

You need to realise taht he's with you because he's attracted to you, both personality & looks. Even if he did look at another girl, it doesn't mean he prefers her to you. it's human nature to look. Try not to be paranoid or you'll loose him. as for the ex, obviously she is an ex for a reason

think that he is with you now, right? so why would you worry. you dont have anything to be compared to. you are your one and only person, there is nothing you can do. so stop it. and wait and see how everything turns out!

I know what you mean. Just ignore them because he choose you to be with. So there really is nothing to worry about kk!

Think about what you see in them that might make him want them and apply it to yourself. clothes, jewelry, cute hair... whatever !
