I bought TruTech DVD player and it broke after using it 4 times. There are lots of complaints about these products on line. And it seems Target is doing nothing except adhering to the 90 day return policy even though they are more than aware of the abnormally high failure rate.
Anyone else have any problems. Any direct line (NOT 800 numbers) to call corporate headquarters in MN?

Thanks for the non-answer Levon. No I don't want to contact the president. I would just be satisfied with base line manager. I got a customer service rep in India who just read a script, and the manfacturer does not take calls and the internet comments are they are a waste of time anyway.
And yes it is a only $50, but since that is not a big deal, you are more than welcome to send me $50 and I will drop my compliant.

i dont think its worth going far as contacting headquarters. and im sure the CEO wont let you speak with him because you an "unsatisfied customer", i think thats what he pays customer care to handle.

sorry though.
